During their stay in Mexico, Felia Salim and Inés Somellera continued working in Oncemujeres, with research assistance. Oncemujeres is an ongoing research project exploring the lives, contributions, and transformative legacies of women who have shaped Mexican history.

ESAS collaborates with Sekolah Sukma Bangsa to integrate Healthy Planet, Healthy Diet, and Healthy Environment into everyday learning. Through teacher training and curriculum development, the collaboration introduces ecosystem thinking, helping students understand the interconnectedness of people, food, and nature through a spiral, multidimensional learning approach.
K/Lab is a laboratory of culinary experiences that focuses on the dialogue between cultures through ingredients sourced from local farmers, the rediscovery of the value of heritage and, the knowledge of healthy benefits of biodiverse produce.
